Australia

If you're unfamiliar with the area, here's a quick guide.

Sydney You may have heard of Sydney, Australia's largest city. It's famous for having the most gorgeous harbour in the world, most beautiful opera house in the world, most picturesque bridge in the world, etc. There are a lot of things to do and see around the harbour - Darling Harbour, The Rocks, Circular Quay, and the Royal Botanic Gardens. And of course, more beaches that you could ever hope to visit (we have tried!) - Bondi, Manly, Coogee, and dozens more.

City of Sydney is the New South Wales government's official Sydney site. Look in the Visitors section for information about what's on in Sydney. Also have a look at Visit NSW - the Sydney section is packed with information.

Wollongong Wollongong is a large yet quiet city about 80km south of Sydney. It is bordered on the east by a number of beautiful beaches, and on the west by an escarpment. So apart from the expected beach pursuits, there are many other hiking and sightseeing possibilities.

Tourism Wollongong has some useful information about the area.

Albion Park Albion Park is about 30km south of Wollongong. It's more of a country area, and the main attraction there is the tranquil scenery and our wedding!

Travelmate has a brief blurb.
